Our exercise plans are completely bespoke to each individual, therefore, the number of days comes down to what you tell us you could commit to, and how long you’d ideally like each workout to be. 

We will always adapt and adjust things as we go too, because we understand your life is constantly changing, work demands, holidays, other stressors and it’s important we always accommodate for that. 

When you join us, you’ll have an onboarding form to fill out where you can inform us about your lifestyle, your work demands, other commitments to take into consideration.

Our nutrition plans are completely personalized to you based on your body, current goals, lifestyle factors and preferences. 

We offer two approaches; tailored meal plans created based off on foods and brands you enjoy, or flexible dieting, where we set you a protein and calorie target (carbs and fats too if you wish) 

On top of this, unlike other coaching programs, because we are focused on a holistic lifestyle approach, the end goal is to teach all our women how to eat intuitively and mindfully. To create positive healthy habits and knowledge around food.

This means we teach them how to step away from tracking or meal plans during their journey with us, to truly be empowered with autonomy and peace around food. 

Our In-House Psychotherapist Jean is included as a core part of our program and not at any additional cost. She offers monthly trainings on key areas that empower our women on their journey. This includes,  overcoming emotional eating, self-sabotage, the all or nothing mindset / black and white thinking, building confidence & self-belief, preventing burn out, setting better personal boundaries etc. 

Jean has been working in this field for 13+ years and also supports our clients weekly in their reflection posts, she’s been able to create endless breakthroughs with our woman and is truly what makes us stand out as beyond just a physical transformation program, but a mental, emotional and life changing program to be a part of. 

We support our woman from a multitude of different angles. 

Our clients receive a weekly in-depth check in where we cover all things physical, mental and lifestyle. We make sure their programs are reviewed weekly and adjusted based on their progress (photos, weight, work out performance, time availability etc), this means they are always set up for success and their expectations are managed to prevent overwhelm.

Our clients get unlimited access to our WhatsApp during the week, and get regular 1-1 form checks to help them progress and stay accountable with their workouts. 

On top of this, our clients have a Private Facebook Community group where we post regular resources around nutrition, exercise, mindset and health. They also have a Group WhatsApp to share recipes and updates on any monthly community challenges we run. 

Izzy, Head of Success runs a weekly coffee chat for our clients to connect and bring any questions they have from the week. A weekly podcast is also released from Chenyang.

There is always more support than needed for our clients, and it is a non-negotiable for us to make sure each and everyone of them feel seen, heard and understood throughout their journey with us. 

Costs depend on what the individual needs are and whether we are a good fit, this is always discussed on our discovery call. We don’t work with everyone, our mission is to keep the Aspire community as a safe space and that comes from making sure we only take on board women we feel have the same values as us. 

The minimum commitment is 3 months, most of our clients stay with us for over 1-1.5 years because they love our guidance and community.
